MBA 는 Master of Business Administration 의 약자로 일반적으로는 3-7년 정도의
직장 경력이 있는 지원자들이 전문적인 연구 및 case study 를 하는 과정으로 이루어져
있으며 대부분 2년 기간이기는 하지만 요즘 들어 20개월, 18개월 혹은 1년 과정으로
줄어들고 있으며 직장경력이 필수가 아닌 학교들도 있어서 우수한 지원자들을 더 많이
모집하고 있는 상황입니다.

MBA는 ?

Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, International Business, Management and Organization, Human Resource Development 등의 프로그램들을 제공하고 있으며 이러한 과정을 통해 글로벌한 경영관리자를 배출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있습니다.

MBA 지원의 기본 요건

  • 학사 학위나 그에 준하는 동등한 학력 소지 혹은 그 이상
  • 학점 3.0/4.0 (전공 과정은 크게 중요하지는 않습니다만 MBA 학교 중에서는 수업을 듣기 위한 기본적인 선수과목을 이수하길 요구하는 곳들도 있습니다.)
  • English Proficiency (영어실력의 경우는 TOEFL, IELTS 등으로 확인합니다.)
  • GMAT
  • Resume 및 Essay, 추천서
  • Interview

※ MBA 대학원의 경우는 입학시즌에 3,4번의 round 를 통해 실력 있는 지원자를 선발하고 있으며 인터내셔널 쿼터의 경우,마지막 라운드는 비자 관계로 인해 허용되지 않는 경우가 발생할 수 있으니 되도록이면 지원자격을 충분히 갖춰 미리 진행하는 것이 좋습니다.
